Easter Sunday!

We had a great Easter sunday. Unfortunately the husband's parents were visiting out west so we didn't get to see any of his family (we will all have to get together soon!!) but we had a nice day at my parents house. We had some great food (my mom makes awesome dinners!!) enjoyed some fun family time and even got to sneak in a nap. AC had tons of fun since she was spoiled like crazy. Lots of attention and lots of candy definitely equals a great day for her. And after constant reminders and a couple of FHE lessons when asked what Easter is about AC is finally saying "Jesus" instead of the "Easter Bunny." Here are some pics of the day.

I just had to include this little pic of the two. We bought those pop-up tunnels for AC to play with outside (since they take up an entire room inside). But our little neat freak daughter doesn't really like them because you have to crawl on the grass to go through the tunnel. So I set up one in the house for a little fort. Little E seems to really like it too.

And with the continuation of the potty training, AC has actually been doing really well. Hallelujah! We took a little break since I didn't seem to realize what I was getting into and a few days ago she seemed to figure out what it is all about (more or less). Of course there are still accidents here and there which definitely makes underwear a little more stressful but hey, the price of the potty right?

Lizzie you (and your family, obviously) are so cute! The kiddos both look so grown up. In need to call you--and not just on accident!
